As a fully outsourced provider of Internal Audit, we provide a solution to assurance which includes the development and implementation of a risk based Internal Audit programme of work.

We work closely with Boards (typically via the Audit Committee) and management to develop a programme of work which takes account of the strategic direction and associated risks of the business; our intention is to ensure that governance bodies can focus its efforts on its core competencies and function.

As such, we act as a fundamental source of assurance over the quality of risk management, internal control and governance arrangements.
