Obligation for all Luxembourg Corporate Entities to File their Tax Returns Electronically!

From tax year 2017, all Luxembourg corporate entities have the obligation to file their tax returns electronically. The corporate income tax, the municipal business tax and the net worth tax returns have to be filed via the platform MyGuichet.lu, a secure interactive platform on guichet.lu, the portal of online procedures with the Luxembourg Administrations.
