Vincent Coursan – External Audit
Vincent is an Audit professional and a Réviseur d’Entreprises with 17 years of experience acquired in Luxembourg, Canada and Australia. He joined BDO in 2021 after spending many years in the audit practice of a Big 4 firm, followed by an experience in a bank. He serves clients active in Private Equity, Infrastructure, Venture Capital and other Alternatives and traditional structures.
Laurent Molitor – Accounting & Corporate Services – Local Market
Laurent is a Chartered Accountant (Expert-Comptable) and joined BDO in Luxembourg 7 years ago after acquiring a comprehensive experience in a local fiduciary. He supports and advises business leaders in accounting, taxation and VAT from small and medium-sized companies from the local market. He is also specialised in the digitalisation and automation of accounting data projects. Laurent manages the offices located in Wemperhardt and Diekirch.
Nicolas Devillers – Indirect Tax
Nicolas is an Indirect Tax Advisory specialist with around 20 years of experience. He joined BDO in 2022 after spending many years in an independent tax advisory firm and then in a Big 4 firm in Luxembourg. He shares his expertise in the design and implementation of optimised VAT strategies with clients from the Alternative Investments industry, but also with financial institutions and commercial companies.
Bertrand Droulez – Direct Tax Advisory
Bertrand is a Direct Tax Advisory expert who joined BDO in Luxembourg in 2019, after many years spent in the tax practice of a Big 4. He is specialised in national and international direct tax issues focusing on multinational clients active in the commercial and industrial sector and has also an extensive experience in investment funds active in the asset management industry and in the private equity sector. He is also a Chartered Accountant (Expert-Comptable), and member of the OEC.
Michaël Meuret – External Audit
Michaël has a significant experience as an auditor in several audit firms. He is a Réviseur d’entreprises agréé and joined BDO in early 2023. He serves clients from the local market, but also international clients from the commercial and industrial area, as well as unregulated Alternatives structures and listed clients.
Karine Pontet Curtat- HR & Employment Advisory Services
Karine is with BDO in Luxembourg since April 2021. Prior to that she spent almost 20 years in the Human Capital consulting practice of a Big 4 firm. She has an extensive knowledge in talent & performance management, competence modelling, leadership development, HR processes transformation & optimisation, job evaluation and grading, HR regulations, INFPC report. She assists clients from both financial and non-financial areas.
Benjamin François – External Audit
Benjamin is a Réviseur d’Entreprises and an Expert-Comptable. He joined BDO in 2021 after many years in the external audit practice of a Big 4 firm. He is specialised in the external audit of Banks and PSF (Professional for the Financial Sector) entities. He has also a great expertise in internal audit, internal control systems and regulatory compliance.
Jean Brisbois – Accounting, Corporate & Fund Services
Jean joined BDO Luxembourg’s regulated entity CF Fund Services in July. Previously, he was COO of Arendt Services and Global Head of Projects & Solutions for the company. Before that he was Director of a large central administration in Luxembourg. He began his professional life in 1994 within a large global chemical company in Brussels.
