- Work directly on the Form 1042-S layout or choose to import large data sets using eFire’s dedicated Excel import interface.
- eFire’s comprehensive algorithm detects most common errors in the preparation process and helps you to avoid them.
- eFire’s dashboard organizes your reporting drafts so you can always keep an overview of the status of your forms: you always know how many forms are in drafting process, have been validated, or submitted to the IRS.
- Based on your data, eFire creates an electronic reporting file that meets the IRS electronic reporting requirements as set forth in Publication 1187. QI reporting records are uploaded to the IRS FIRE system on a daily basis.
