Publication of newsletters for the real estate sector

The AED, as the supervisory authority for professionals in the real estate sector with regard to compliance with their professional AML/CFT obligations, has published several informative newsletters since August 2021.

The main purpose of these newsletters is to remind, raise awareness, explain and complete certain aspects necessary for the understanding and implementation of the obligations imposed by the amended law of 12 November 2004 (the AML/CFT law) on professionals in the real estate sector.
